All Food Vendors must be registered with the Jefferson County Health Department.Food Vendors must lay down a tarp or cardboard to catch grease and waste.If you take down early, this may hinder your acceptance into future festivals. All booths and displays must remain up until the end of the festival.Do not leave it on site - trek it out with you. You are responsible for any trash that you have.Please list a day-of phone number so that you can be reached should any unforeseen circumstances develop.All Vendors must provide their own covered and weighted tent, and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) Staking down tents will NOT be permitted!
